You will receive your Proposal outlining the the Scope of Work, Colour & Specification Schedule, Fees, Payment Schedule, Agreement & Terms within 24 hours.

This document will be emailed to you as an interactive PDF.

A signed copy of Proposal & deposit is required to commence manufacturing as outlined in the Agreement.

PROPOSAL

 

If the Proposal is not approved, we will continue to work with you, presenting revisions within your scope & budget until the Proposal is approved.

You will have the opportunity to make the necessary changes to your project in order to receive a revised quote. It is best to be as specific as possible when requesting a revised quote in order to avoid any unexpected changes in pricing. Simple changes such as the fabric yarn in curtains, can alter the quote.

Once the Window Furnishings Colour & Specification Schedule has been approved, expect a revised Proposal & Agreement to be emailed within 48 hours.

REVISIONS

 

We manufacture all of our window furnishings locally, ensuring the highest quality & continuity throughout your project.

Our team of expert craftsmen & seamstresses have years of experience in creating beautiful, bespoke window treatments.Prior to starting window furnishing manufacture, it is essential to check the measurements.

 

This will ensure that the finished product will fit the window correctly.  By taking accurate measurements, we’re confident that we can deliver exactly what you’re seeking for a successful outcome.

INSTALLATION & STYLING

 

Our Installation team will kickstart the installation closely following the signed off Schedule. Our highly experienced professionals work diligently to deliver your project on time.

We perform a discovery call / email to determine the scope of your project & if our services are a good fit for you.

By understanding the size and scope of your project, we can provide you with a more accurate estimate of the services you need.

ONBOARDING

 

Window furnishings play a big role in the overall look & feel of a room; it’s paramount products are viewed in person before making a final decision.

A meeting is scheduled to take place on-site (if applicable), in-office or virtually to discuss the scope of the project, tour the space & understand our process.

During your consultation, we will advise & show you a variety of product samples in natural lighting conditions relevant to the space.  For virtual arrangements, we will send through a shortlist of recommended samples.

The purpose of the meeting is to gain knowledge of requirements & identify any potential concerns ensuring a smooth operation.

In order to provide you with an accurate quote & timeframe for your project, we measure the space during the Initial Consultation.

If access is limited, we require basic information from you. We will need a copy of the architectural drawings, photos (if possible) or rough measurements for the space.  Once we have this information, we can begin the planning stage & provide you with an accurate estimate subject to check measure.

SITE MEASURE

 

Our Design Team will start to collate a comprehensive list of window furnishings for your space. This will include products such as roller blinds, curtains, shutters & more.

 

We will work closely with the Design Brief to identify the best products for your space, taking into account factors such as light and privacy requirements.

 

The shortlist will be reflected in the Colour & Specification Schedule attached in our Proposal.
